This site is intended as a teaching resource for both students and teachers of film or media studies. It is aimed at those studying at a Secondary Education level or for first year students of undergraduate courses. It aims to provide a grounding in the history of film production in Scotland as well as provide a case study in cinematic representation. It also aims to give a coherent picture of the current state of the industry.

This site was designed by David Morgan, a final year Film and Television Studies student at the University of Glasgow, as part of an optional course on Multimedia Design and Production.
