Arts IT Support host an online photo archive for use within the Arts Faculty. You can view the photo archive by clicking here - http://www.arts.gla.ac.uk/gallery

Each photo gallery is customisable and can be set to be fully viewable by everyone, or can be locked down so that only a selected group can view selected photos.
